COS III Jupiter of Laodicea standing front, head to left, holding eagle with open wings and head right in his right hand and long scepter in his left. Metcalf 56.285 (this coin). RPC III online 1399.29 (this coin). Struck on an exceptionally broad flan and with an illustrious pedigree. Struck from slightly worn dies and with minor traces of overstriking, otherwise, very fine.
